Simday Terms of Service

Simday is a product brand developed and operated by Vast Travel LLC.

Simday provides digital eSIM data plans that allow users to access mobile data through partner telecom networks worldwide.

Simday is not a telecom carrier and does not operate network infrastructure.

You must:

• Have legal capacity to agree, or use the Service with a parent or guardian
• Have a compatible device
• Provide accurate information

• Some features require an account
• Guest checkout may be available on the website

You are responsible for:

• Keeping credentials secure
• All activity under your account

4.1 Activation

• eSIMs are delivered digitally
• Activation instructions are provided after purchase

4.2 Usage

• Service depends on partner telecom networks
• Coverage and performance vary by location

4.3 Compatibility

• You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM

• All purchases are prepaid
• Prices are shown before checkout

Payments may be processed via:

• Click
• Octobank
• Simday Wallet
• Visa and Mastercard
• Humo and Uzcard

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights. In general:

• Usage may reduce or exclude a refund where permitted by law
• Unused plans may be eligible under specific conditions

Simday does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Network availability
• Data speeds
• Coverage in all locations

Service depends on third-party telecom providers.

You agree to:

• Use the Service lawfully
• Not abuse or misuse the Service
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with systems

You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Exploit vulnerabilities
• Resell without authorization
• Interfere with network integrity

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the Service
• Required by law

All content, branding, and software are owned by Simday or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify without permission.

Simday is not liable for:

• Network outages or failures
• Coverage issues
• Device incompatibility
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business

Where permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected Service. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for direct claims caused by your unlawful or intentional misuse of the Service, including:

• Claims arising from misuse of the Service
• Violation of laws or these Terms

Simday relies on third-party providers:

• Telecom operators
• Payment processors

Their systems may affect availability. This does not remove Simday's responsibilities for the Service it sells or your mandatory rights.

We may change future features, prices, or coverage. We will not materially reduce a purchased plan except where necessary for security, law, or a network change; where required, we will provide an appropriate remedy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.

Please contact support@simday.net first so we can try to resolve the issue. This does not restrict your right to contact a regulator or bring a claim in a competent court.

We may update these Terms prospectively. We will give notice of material changes. The Terms accepted at purchase continue to govern that completed purchase unless law requires otherwise.
