Simday is a product brand developed and operated by Vast Travel LLC. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made through Simday.

General Principle
All Simday purchases are prepaid digital services.
Due to the nature of eSIM products, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

Non-Refundable Cases
Important — please read carefully before purchase.
You are not eligible for a refund if:
- The eSIM has been activated
- The eSIM has been installed and used
- Data usage has started (even minimal)
- The plan has expired
- Incorrect purchase was made by the user (wrong country, wrong plan)
- The device is not compatible with eSIM
- The user did not follow installation instructions correctly
Once an eSIM is activated or used, it is considered consumed and cannot be refunded.

Eligible Refund Cases
You may be eligible for a refund if:
3.1 Technical Failure
- The eSIM cannot be installed or activated due to a verified technical issue
- The issue is caused by Simday or its partners
3.2 Service Not Delivered
- The eSIM was purchased but not delivered
- Activation failed entirely and cannot be resolved
3.3 Duplicate Purchase
- The same plan was purchased multiple times unintentionally
3.4 Network Failure (Limited)
- The service does not work at all in a supported area
- The issue is verified and cannot be resolved
Partial refunds may apply depending on usage.

Refund Conditions
To request a refund:
- Contact support within 7 days of purchase
Provide:
- Order details
- Description of the issue
- Screenshots (if applicable)
Simday may request additional information to verify the claim.

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method
- Processing time depends on the payment provider
- Simday is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers

App Store / Google Play Purchases
If you purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play:
Refunds must be requested directly through those platforms. Simday does not control their refund decisions.

Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to:
- Deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse
- Limit repeated refund claims
- Request verification before processing

Service Responsibility
Simday provides access to telecom services via third-party providers.
We are not responsible for:
- Temporary network instability
- Local coverage limitations
- Reduced speeds
