Simday (“Simday”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides eSIM services through our website and mobile applications (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect your personal data, and your rights regarding that data.

Simday is a product brand developed and operated by Vast Travel LLC. Vast Travel LLC is the data controller responsible for your personal data processed through the Service.

  • Octabank (Humo / Uzcard)

  • Future: Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay
We do not store full card details.

  • App interactions
  • Crash logs

2.4 eSIM & Network Data

To deliver the Service, we process:

  • eSIM activation status
  • Plan metadata (data usage, validity)
  • Network identifiers required by telecom partners
We do not access the content of communications (calls, messages, browsing).

2.5 Analytics & Diagnostics Data

We use:

  • Firebase Analytics
  • Google Analytics
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • Facebook (Meta) App Events

These tools collect usage behavior, device information, and session data. When the app crashes or errors, Firebase Crashlytics additionally collects crash logs, a device-state snapshot, and your account identifier so we can diagnose and fix the problem. We also use Facebook (Meta) App Events to measure advertising performance and attribute installs and purchases; on iOS the advertising identifier is used only with your App Tracking Transparency permission.

5.3 Analytics Providers

Firebase and Google Analytics process anonymized or pseudonymized usage data. Firebase Crashlytics (a Google service) processes crash and diagnostics reports solely to help us identify and fix stability issues. We share limited app-event and advertising-identifier data with Meta (Facebook) solely for ad measurement and attribution; you can opt out in the app's Preferences.
